End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and A B Mogal(“Company," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of the our App ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the respective App Store Terms of Service (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

3. Subscription Plans

The App offers three subscription plans:

• 7-Day Subscription: Provides access to pro features for a period of 7 days.
• 30-Day Subscription: Provides access to pro features for a period of 30 days.
• Life-Time Subscription: Provides access to pro features for Life-Time.

Each subscription plan provides access to pro content and features available within the App. Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan's duration.

4. Payment and Renewal

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings at any time after purchase. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused content.

5. Platform-Specific Terms

• Apple App Store: Your use of the App through the Apple App Store is subject to the terms set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.
• Google Play Store: Your use of the App through the Google Play Store is subject to the terms set forth in the Google Play Terms of Service.

6. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Use the App for any commercial purposes or for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all associated content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by A B  Mogal or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted no right or license in or to any of the aforementioned, except for the limited right to use the App in accordance with this EULA.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice and without liability, if we believe that you are in breach of this EULA. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A B Mogal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (d) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the App.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to This EULA

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website or within the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
